Paslaugų nutraukimo atmintinė
Jei ketinate nutraukti paslaugas, primename, kad pagal sutartį:
turite grąžinti raktus, pultelius, apsaugos korteles, magnetukus bei kitą turtą, jei toks buvo suteiktas;
grąžintiną turtą būtina grąžinti iki planuojamo nutraukimo datos;
jei naudojote nuosavas spynas, nepamirškite jų nuimti, arba užrašyti, pranešti jos kodą mums kad nereikėtų jos pjauti.
permokos ir depozitai, jei tokie buvo įmokėti, atskaičius būtinąsias išlaidas bus:
užskaityti už kitas teikiamas / suteiktas paslaugas;
arba grąžinti į Jūsų nurodytą banko sąskaitą, po grąžinto turto apžiūros per 30 dienų nuo paslaugos nutraukimo datos.
Pabrėžiame, kad iki turto grąžinimo datos, turi būti apmokėtos visos sąskaitos, net jeigu jos išrašytos už ilgesnį laikotarpį, nei planuojate nuomotis.
Tokios permokos bus užskaitytos už jau teikiamas paslaugas ateityje arba grąžintos per 30 dienų nuo paslaugos nutraukimo datos.
Raktus ar korteles, pažymėtus taip kad juos būtų galima identifikuoti, galite grąžinti mums:
įmetę į mūsų pašto dėžutę su užrašu „Sandėliukų nuoma“ adresais:
arba pristatyti gyvai ar per kurjerį mūsų vadybininkams į ofisus mūsų darbo metu:
Primename, kad negrąžinus viso turto įskaitant raktus, pagal sutartį toliau bus skaičiuojamas nuomos mokestis.
Jei dar nenurodėte, prašome el. paštu [email protected] nurodyti banko Lietuvoje sąskaitą bei gavėjo rekvizitus,
kam turėtumėme grąžinti Jūsų permokas ir depozitus.

Service Termination Memo
If you intend to terminate services, please be reminded that according to the contract:
You must return keys, remote controls, security cards, magnets, and any other property provided to you.
The returnable property must be returned by the planned termination date.
If you used your own locks, remember to remove them or provide us with the code to avoid having them cut.
Any overpayments and deposits, if made, after deducting necessary expenses, will be:
Credited towards other provided services.
Or refunded to your specified bank account within 30 days from the termination date, following the inspection of the returned property.
We emphasize that all invoices must be paid by the property return date, even if they are issued for a longer period than you plan to rent.
Such overpayments will be credited towards future services or refunded within 30 days of the service termination date.
Keys or cards, marked for identification, can be returned to us by:

Please be reminded that failure to return all property, including keys, will result in continued rent charges as per the contract.
